Getting unStuck: Taking Time

Taking time is another RAD strategy to help with RoAD Blocks. When we Take Notice, we deliberately work to accept our uncomfortable thoughts and feelings instead of struggling with them. Taking Time is similar to Taking Notice. However, when you Take Notice you are looking in to your thoughts and feelings, but when you Take Time, you are looking out at the world around you and what you are doing in it. Of course, you can use both strategies together to help you do even more RAD moves!
